Deb made her special "Christmas Carrot Cake" for Jenn since she won't be home for Christmas and this is a family tradition with them. The cake was a little different than back home, especially with the powedered sugar - it's not as finely grained as ours, and the oven was in celsius! The 1st bite - it was deemed delicious, wonderful and the best!
