We have discovered that in the Arizona desert it is possible to see absolutely spectacular sunsets. They just seem so much more beautiful here and I don't know why that is. This one is pretty mild but still pretty. I'll try to get more.

I really enjoy the Chiricahua Mountains. We made a very short drive there today. There's a lot of history in those hills having to do with the Apache Indians. This is where Cochise & Geronomino holed up when hostilities arose regarding putting the tribes in Reservations.

Somebody put this very pretty flowering cactus on top of one of the gravesites at Dos Cabezas, AZ. In a place where there is only sand & no grass, this is a very nice idea.
