We took a desert drive through Barrywater Military Range out of Yuma for a day with my sister & husband and some of their friends. Had a wonderful time - such a beautiful day and lots of flowers blooming out there. Here we are ... all lined up & ready to go. That little Califofornia Tracker is right in the middle!

Oh, oh ... are we lost???!!!
"We're going where????!!!"
Some of the roads were worse than this ... there were lots of rocks on some of the road. I couldn't get pictures of that because it was too rough.
John went up one of the hills.
Time to relax and have our lunch.
Spotted this (we think it's a raven) bird and Mel decided to check it out to see if there was a nest or something more interesting up there.....
Mel made it to the top & said it was clear.
