There was a wonderful Easter Dinner at our campground dining room yesterday: ham, scalloped potatoes, mixed veggies (peppers, cauliflower, brocolli, carrots), side salad, and scrumptuous carrot cake. This campground has the most talented cooks we've encountered at a campground and they're all volunteers. The food is one of the things that makes this campground stay full & hard to get in to. They have full meals to offer 3 times a week and lots & lots of other activities.
Casa Grande is about to lose 2 people! We are moving on this morning to go south about 100 miles to the next campground. We had fun here.
