We are at an Escapees Campground just outside of Benson, AZ. It's a wonderful park of over 350 sites each set up with a small Casita or shed. These sites are member owned & we parked in this one because the owners were away, so they rent it out to other Escapees members.
Our view was wonderful & these 2 horses made appearances almost every day to see what was happening in the Park!!
We've been photographing a very large cemetery in Douglas, AZ - over 7,000 stones. I had reached to clear some weeds & flowers from in front of a stone & this little fellow hopped out! Glad it was a rabbit & not something slithery!! I appeared that I just woke him up.
Here's another of our "cemetery critters". John had reached in to rearrange the wreath so we could see the date & touched this Momma Dove. He quickly backed away & left her alone - she wasn't going to move anyway.
We took in a Bluegrass Festival in the Park in Benson last weekend & it was excellent. The weather was beautiful & the music was great.
There was a group of over 30 kids there also who played bluegrass & sang. They were excellent as well.
This hummingbird feeder was next door to us & this bird was trying & trying & trying to get a drink but his larger beak just wouldn't work. He kept flitting from one hole to another to another. Poor guy!
