We went shopping at a Mall & here is "Cinnabon"! If you're from California, you know what Cinnabon is - an absolutely delicious cinnamon roll with all kinds of toppings. The cinnabon was baked longer here so was more bready than what we were used to. And there was a Starbucks across the way, so we had a Cinnabon & Starbucks on our 1st outing! I'm afraid to try the quite strong Arabic coffee but Deb can hardly wait! She is a coffee fiend.
Jenn lives on the 22nd floor & this is the view from her window. She said when she moved in a year ago she had a clear view of the water (Arabian Gulf). As you can see, there are probably 5 new buildings going up right now just in this view. There are many more down the block. So soon it will be a no water view apartment.
