Well, here's an interesting stone we found here in AZ. The inscription says, "Woodmen of the World Memorial". Has anyone heard of that? There were a lot of these stones close together at this cemetery & most are this very pretty shape. I've also seen a lot in Wisconsin & one of John's relations in CO had one like it.
I looked it up & it's a kind of fraternal society that's also a Life Insurance company. I wonder if the funeral & stone are paid for by the Life Insurance policy?
